Welcome to planDisney, Caroline. Let's see if we can figure out what's happened. First off, I totally get the excitement - I like to add all my plans into My Disney Experience as soon as possible.
I see you're a fellow U.K. resident, so I'm assuming you purchased a Magic Ticket from the
Walt Disney World Travel Company. When you buy this ticket you must specify the start date, which, in turn, determines the days of use. So, for example, if you purchased the
14-Day Magic Ticket, to start on 20 November, you'll have an 18-day window, starting from that date, in which you can attend Walt Disney World on 14 separate days. When linking your plans in the
My Disney Experience App, this date should automatically carry across and show in the Tickets and Passes sections of the App. Have you also booked your
Theme Park Reservation? It is an important step.
You can confirm your booking details on the invoice that the lead passenger will have received via email from the Walt Disney World Travel Company. It's where you will have sourced the code to link with My Disney Experience. If all looks in order here, I would contact the
Disney Experts and let them know that the details in your My Disney Experience are inconsistent with your booking. I can confirm that changes may be made to your booking until three days before your arrival, so either way, it should not be a problem to get this sorted.
Caroline, I do hope this helps. Should you need any further help before your magical adventure at Walt Disney World, I will be right here. Louise
