Help! Was so excited...booked 1st trip to WDW for 11/28-12/4, and now find I can't get ANY online ADR for character meals my kids would enjoy!! What to do?!? Very upset & discouraged.

Julie, I know you are feeling devastated about not getting a character dining reservation during your Disney stay! They are the one spots that fill up quickly and you can keep checking back on line and by calling to see if any cancellations come through.

I don't always get character dining reservations as I like to have my grandchildren meet the characters out in the parks in their "natural" settings.  When you enter a park be sure and pick up a times guide to see when and where character greetings will take place. This allows you to pick and choose those you wish to meet and by pass those that are not as much of an interest for your children.  If you want to know about a specific character please stop in at any Guest Service location in the parks to ask if they can assist you where that character might be located for that day.

EPCOT actually is one of my favorite character stops as there is a wonderful location just to the right of the large fountain in Future World. Here you can meet and greet most of the fabulous five like Mickey and Minnie and friends. PhotoPass photographers will be on hand to take that special picture for each character.  You will wait inside an air conditioned building so this is especially enticing on a hot humid day!
