How can I get help with disability pass before my visit April 12th

    Howdy Dawn!

Thanks for dropping by planDisney with a DAS question!

The Disneyland Resort wants to ensure all visitors have access to enjoy Walt’s original theme park. One solution available to Guests is Disability Access Service (DAS). This service provides Guests with a return time for attractions. It can be helpful for those that may be unable to wait in the standard line. Eligible Guests can pre-register for DAS Advance virtually as soon as 30 days in advance of their park visit, but no less than 2 days before arrival. Alternatively, a Guest can register for DAS in person on the day of their visit.

If you pre-register, you'll speak with a Cast Member via video chat prior to your arrival. And, during your initial registration call, a Cast Member will work with you to pre-select up to 2 experiences per day of your visit. You can select additional return times right from the Disneyland Mobile App, or ask a Cast Member at any Guest Relations location to select a return time for you during your visit.

I hope this information is helpful! Please come back to planDisney if you have any more questions!
