    Help!! 15 days away from first WDW trip! I want to do online check in, and have been looking but cannot find out where to do it! I know must be 10 days til checkin, just not sure how to do it! Thanks for all the help!!

    Hi Jolene,

    You should receive an email with a link to online check-in as your vacation approaches.  Enclosed in the mail will be a link with directions for how to begin the process.  On-line check-in does have a "help" line in the event that you do not receive the mail.  Feel free to call one of the following numbers with questions or concerns:


    - Most guests: 407-828-7128

    - Disney Vacation Club members: 800-800-9800

    - Guests who booked rooms through the Disney Cruise Line: 866-784-1606
