Help me book a fantasmic dining package. I'm looking for 6/4 but website says no availability. Checked other dates 6/3 - 6/7 and none are available. Is this correct?

Hi there, Allison, and thanks for stopping by planDisney!

Fantasmic! is consistently at the top of my 'magical must-do' list. My husband just let me plan my 'Perfect Disney Day' as a birthday gift, and of course, it ended with a nighttime ride on Slinky Dog Dash and a front-row seat for Fantasmic! Its unbridled joy, optimism, and energy are exactly what I hope to bring into this next year of life.

I'm so sorry you're having trouble securing a reservation for the Fantasmic! Dining Package during your upcoming vacation. While I don't have access to dates past the current 60-day window, like you I noticed there is currently no availability after June 1. The combination of guaranteed seating for Fantasmic! and ability to use Disney Dining Plan credits on the meal has made this particular dining package quite popular with Guests. As a result, reservations can be difficult to come by during popular vacation months.

While I know this can be frustrating, I am happy to share that all hope is not lost. In my experience, reservations often become available periodically as people alter their plans, so keep checking back sporadically, especially in the days before you depart. As a bit of encouragement, I've even been able to snag a same-day lunch reservation for the package in the past.

I want to assure you, Allison, that even if you are not able to secure Fantasmic! Dining Package reserved seating for the show, you can still enjoy Fantasmic! via a standby queue. Although your dates currently have only one daily performance listed on the Entertainment Calendar, additional showtimes are routinely added in the summer months. If this happens, you'll find that the later showing typically has much lower crowds allowing standby Guests to enjoy the performance without the stress of securing a seat that typically accompanies the first showtime. During our recent visit, my husband and I were able to enjoy front-row seats (in all of their 'you may get wet' glory) by entering the queue at 9:30 for a 10 PM show. On another occasion, we walked into the Hollywood Hills Amphitheatre just before the second showing started and had no trouble finding quality seating.

I hope this was helpful, Allison, and reassures you that Mickey always does his best to give as many pals as possible a spectacular view of his incredible imagination. Sometimes it just requires a bit of patience and persistence. If you have any additional questions as your vacation approaches, don't hesitate to stop back by. I'm always happy to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Lizzie
