Hello, Sonia! Welcome back. I hope you and your family had a wonderful vacation full of magical memories!
It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for your Disney PhotoPass photos to appear online for you to view. I have also noticed if I use my smart phone to view my photos, I do not always see them all. Try viewing your photos from a desktop or laptop computer. Also, be sure everyone in your party who had their magic bands scanned by PhotoPass photographers are linked to your My Disney Experience account, and be sure to link any PhotoPass cards you may have been given to your online account.
If you still are not locating your missing photos please call (407) 560-4300, email disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com, or report a missing photo online. I was missing photos from our last visit this past May. I sent an email with my travel dates and indicated which photos I believed were missing. Two days later, I received an email stating my missing photos had been found. Sure enough, I logged in and there they all were!
