Ahoy there, Chia-Hui!
Welcome aboard planDisney! You are nearly one month away from boarding
the beautiful Disney Wish—how exciting is that? I bet the countdown is officially in full pixie dust mode! And starting your adventure at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort? Talk about diving into the magic right from the start!
Between its bold animation-themed sections and the super convenient access to
the Disney Skyliner, Art of Animation is one of my family’s favorite ways to kick off a Disney vacation. We always build in a little time to hop on the Skyliner and check out a few neighboring resorts—just cruising through the skies like Peter Pan headed for Never Land!
To
arrange your ground transfer from your resort to Port Canaveral, the best course of action is to
give Disney Cruise Line a call directly. You’ll want to do that soon, as ground transfers are subject to availability and can fill up faster than Remy booking a table at Gusteau’s!
Currently, one-way ground transfers from your resort to the port are $45 per person ages 3 and up, and free for little ones under 3. Just a heads up—infants and toddlers will likely need to sit on an adult’s lap since seats aren’t typically reserved for kids under 3 on these motorcoach transfers.
I hope this helps get your journey to the Disney Wish
off to a smooth sailing start! Before you know it, you’ll be stepping aboard, hearing that iconic “Welcome Aboard!” announcement, and soaking in the wonder of a vacation that’s about to make a splash in your family’s memory book.
Sea ya real soon with a July full of fireworks at sea and memories that sparkle like pixie dust,
Dustin
