    Help! I accidentally linked a magic band to the wrong person. We have not used the magic band for that person and have deactivated it for that person. Is there any way to link to the correct person or is it just a loss?

    Wow, in a few short weeks, you will be making wonderful memories at Walt Disney World Resort! How does it feel? I know that you are so ready to get the planning phase out of the way you can enjoy yourself and be in the moment while you are visiting. 

    Unfortunately, MagicBand+ and MagicBands and cards are unique to the user it was initially assigned to. This means that once the MagicBand is assigned to the first user, it can not be reassigned to a second user. I know how frustrating this may be, but the good news is that the user without the MagicBand can still enter the theme parks and open the door to your resort room by adding their Disney MagicMobile Pass to their smartphone via their digital wallet.
