    Hello When do they start to put up the decorations at the parks for Christmas. Thank you

    Hey there, Sharon! Thanks for stopping by and visiting with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Christmas at Disney is my favorite time of year. The decorations, holiday treats, and my favorite Disney characters in the cutest Christmas outfits.

    The day after the last Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, the Magic Kingdom transforms into a winter wonderland overnight. So on November 2, Walt Disney World will begin to show its holiday splendor. The Magic Kingdom will change from its lush fall colors to twinkling holiday lights. The other theme parks and resorts will slowly begin to transform themselves too. The holiday decorations typically remain up until about mid-January. So this gives guests plenty of time to enjoy the holidays at Disney. 

    Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party begins November 8, so the Magic Kingdom will be in full splendor by then. This special ticketed event will be available on select nights until December 22.
