Hello! When dining at a restaurant that has both family style and entrees, does everyone have to eat family style if one person orders it? Or can one or two order family style and the others order entrees? Thanks!

    Hi Erin!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I can tell that you're doing your homework of where to dine at Walt Disney World Resort. There are over 300+ dining options between all of the wonderful restaurants, kiosks, outdoor kitchens and food trucks - Walt Disney World is quickly becoming known as an Eat Park, too!

There aren't many restaurants where you will run into this problem, however I'm very happy to report that at the Table-Service dining locations that do offer both the choice of All-You-Care-To-Enjoy style meals as well as regular menus of entrees + sides, the entire table does not have to partake in the bigger meal option. The main example I'm thinking of is Whispering Canyon Cafe inside Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort Hotel; they offer a wonderful All-You-Care-To-Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner skillet option that can be ordered by just one person or many. I've personally ordered the breakfast skillet while my husband ordered something else. But it's more fun when more people in your party partake because then you get a bigger skillet. (And then you can also lie and say that person four ate all of the Mickey waffles when really you did, and then you don't feel so guilty when more are brought out.) Most locations that are served Family Style where everyone must partake are the ones that list a limited menu, like Ohana or Garden Grill Restaurant.

I hope this helped, Erin, and We'll See You Real Soon!
