    Hello! What are the hours for Guest Services at the Parks and Disney Springs? We recently purchased Annual Passes and plan to activate on our upcoming trip. We arrive late in the Day, but would like to have ready to rope drop the following day. Thanks!

    Thanks for bringing a great question here today about Guest Relations. Guest Relations is a key service for Guests as they assist with things such as: 

    • Accessibility information
    • Assistance for International Guests
    • Dining reservations
    • Lost and Found (my family has experienced this!)
    • Separated Guest assistance
    • Services for Guests with Disabilities
    • Ticket information and upgrades

    Guest Relations is located at each theme park, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex and Disney Springs. The hours of operation of each location vary as Guest Relations is open during the regular operating hours for its park or complex. 

    To find the theme park hours/complex hours, open the My Disney Experience Mobile app and scroll down until you see the heading "Plan Your Next Visit". Next, select "Park Hours & Info" and you can select the date you are searching for. 

    You have the right idea to activate your Annual Passes on arrival day, you'll be ready to rock and roll the next morning! I hope this information is helpful to your vacation planning. If you have any other questions, please let me know!
