Hi Gillian!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with this great question! With only two months left, I'm sure you are counting down the days until your arrival!
Park Hopper Plus tickets give you plenty of options when visiting the parks. You can start your day splashing around at a water park and finish it watching the nighttime spectacular at the Magic Kingdom. It truly allows you the ultimate flexibility in your day!
At this time, the water parks do not require reservations and do not have any time restraints (other than their operating hours) when you can visit. They do not have the same restrictions that the theme parks currently have. You can start your day at any of the four parks, as long as you have a park reservation, then hop to the water park at any time. To hop to another theme park, you'll need to wait until 2 PM to do so.
If you decide to start your day at the water park, you can enter as early as the park opens. If you plan to visit a theme park later in the day, you will need a valid park reservation to visit your first park. It will not matter what time of the day it is, the first theme park you visit each day requires a park reservation to enter.
At the time of your visit, it seems
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park will be open and operating. This water park is slated to reopen on March 19th, while Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park will close temporarily for refurbishments. I suggest following along with the
Disney Parks Blog for any news and announcements regarding a reopening date for Blizzard Beach. It's possible you may have a few options to choose from during your visit!
Gillian, I hope you have a magical visit!
Stop back and see us again at planDisney!
See ya real soon!
