Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rochelle!
Thank you for visiting us with your great question about
bringing outside food and drinks to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. I am so happy to help you plan your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
Rochelle, you may be thrilled to know that Guests are allowed to bring outside food and drinks to all of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. In fact, as the mom of two little ones, I encourage you to do so! Carrying my own drinks and snacks for my Mouseketeers helps maximize our budget. I also like having our own snacks for when we are in long lines or waiting for shows and parades.
You can enter the theme parks with drinks such as milk, juice or water. Your sippy cups can most certainly be filled with water before you enter the theme parks. You can also enter the theme parks with snacks and foods that do not require heating as long as they are not in glass containers. The only glass containers permitted in the parks are those that contain baby food, such as pre-packaged baby food jars.
Disney Mom Tip: Plastic and disposable straws are not permitted in
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park for the safety of our animals. I encourage you to
review a full list of Walt Disney World Resort theme park rules in advance of your vacation.
If you have any other questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are all EARS!
Wishing you a Magical Vacation,
Priscila
