Hello, We will be in visiting Walt Disney World the week of Thanksgiving this year with my 11 month old DD. I would love to have my DD meet Santa for the first time at Disney. Will he be there for meet and greets? Where is the best spot to see him?

    Hi Whitney!

We visit Santa in his chalet at Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) every year.  This is the best location for us because it seems to be less crowded than meeting him in Town Square in the Magic Kingdom and the backdrop of his chalet is beautiful.  Bonus: he gives you an extra reason to visit Disney Springs!

Santa Goofy has also been known to visit with guests at Hollywood Studios, so be on the lookout for this special character appearance.

Santa appearances haven't been announced yet for this year, but watch the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest holiday updates and news.

    Have a magical day!
