Bright Suns, Stephanie! Welcome to planDisney!
Oga's Cantina at Disney's Hollywood Studios is one of the most popular watering holes in the galaxy. I've ventured in a couple of times now, and I can confirm this place has earned its stellar reputation! Since so many travelers to
Batuu are interested in checking out DJ R-3X and the crew, and capacity has been somewhat limited due to
Disney's current safety protocols, reservations have been a bit hard to come by.
Your best bet is to keep checking back for a reservation to open up as other Guests' plans may change. I'd pay particular attention the day before you were hoping to visit, since Guests generally have
up to 24 hours to cancel without paying a no-show charge. You'd be surprised at what you might be able to snag at the very last minute!
In addition to watching for an opening yourself, you can try a third-party reservation finder like the one available at Touring Plans. You just enter the details of where and when you're trying to get a reservation, and then let their system do its thing. You'll get an alert if they find an opening for you, and then you'll need to hop online and make the reservation. To get started, search "Touring Plans" in your browser and they'll take it from there.
Remember, you also need a
Disney Park Pass for Disney's Hollywood Studios on the day you plan to visit Oga's Cantina, or a ticket with the
Park Hopper Option added if you're going to hop over from another theme park after 2 p.m.
I hope this helps you enjoy a concoction of galactic proportions during your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, Stephanie. Fingers, toes, and tentacles crossed that you're able to find a reservation! May the Force be with you, and please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
