Hello We are trying to link our account and reservations with another family member who is staying at the same resort at the same time. I can't seem to do it. Could you help? Also, would you be able to tell me how to book rides during covid?

    Hi Andrea!

    Welcome to planDisney.

Traveling with another party sure does add to that Disney magic!

It is relatively easy to link up and share your plans with your other travel party. First, you will want to make sure that those in the other party is on your “Family & Friends” list. Once you log in to your My Disney Experience, you will select “My Friends & Family List.” If you aren’t already connected, you will want to find the “Add a Guest” link. You then will choose how you would like to add this Guest. I typically prefer to add by using their name and age (you won’t need their exact age if they are 18 and over.) Once you add this person, they will receive an email invitation. Once they accept and are connected through My Disney Experience, you can decide which information they can see using the “Update” option. You can choose to share all of your plans, meaning the other travel party can see your reservation and any dining plans, or you can select the “Only Our Shared Plans,” which won’t allow for all of the reservation details to be shared.

Currently, Fastpass+ service is not available due to the ongoing pandemic. The additional queue space is being utilized to help control capacity at many attractions and help maintain physical distancing. Since capacity is limited, the good news is that the attraction wait times haven’t been as long as they have in the past before COVID. Therefore, you and your party will be able to enjoy and experience some queues that you may not have had the chance to in the past!

I hope that you and your entire party have the most magical time!
