Hello, We are trying to choose between traveling to WDW Dec 12-16 2011, or sometime in Jan 2012. This is our second trip to WDW. Our first was in mid-Dec 2009 and we really enjoyed the smaller crowds in mid-Dec. Can I expect the same volume in Jan?

Hi Katy!
The experience would be similar crowd-wise and weather-wise. January is actually a bit slower after the New Year, except for Marathon weekend and Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend. The tie breaker for me would be that if you go in December, you know what you are in for since you have already experienced and enjoyed it. In addition, you have the added bonus of holiday decorations in December which really makes the parks and resorts sparkle.
