Hello! We travel to Florida on July 28th.....so excited!! Obviously we are trying to fit in as much as possible. One day we have a fastpass for Flight of Passage at 13:50 and lunch reservations at Sanna at 14:55 will it be possible for us to make them both

    Hello Katie!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question!

You are combining two of the things I love the most at the Walt Disney World Resort into a one-day adventure: flying in the back of a mountain banshee on Avatar Flight of Passage, and then having a meal at the delicious and amazing Sanaa.

This will be a little tight, but I believe you will have time to enjoy your visit to Pandora and then head over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge for lunch. I recommend checking in with Cast Members at the FastPass+ entrance about five minutes before your FastPass+ window starts. As soon as you are finished with your flight in the Valley of Mo’ara, I recommend taking a taxi at park entrance to Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas – Kidani Village, where Sanaa is located. Disney suggests that Guests plan about 1.5 hours to travel between destinations using Disney Transportation, so a taxi is going to be the best option for you. In addition, you have a grace period of 15 minutes to arrive at your dining destination.

Moms Panel tip: as you arrive at the restaurant, talk to Cast Members and check if they have an available table near the savanna. Please, do not forget to order the Indian-style Bread Service with all Nine Accompaniments, it is delicious! For Guests 21 and older I highly recommend ordering a Painted Lemur.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope this helps you while planning and that you come back to visit us real soon with more questions.

    Sivako!
