Hello, We are super excited to our upcoming trip to Disneyland from January 13 2026. Just wondering when I can book experiences such as breakfast with Minnie and Lightsaber builder. The booking calendar seems to go no further than end December 2025. Thanks

Hello there, Jennifer. Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing us your great question.

I love that you are planning and looking to make dining and Enchanting Extra reservations. These reservations typically open 60 days before a date and open one day at a time, and not length of stay. So if you are looking to book dates starting with January 13, you will need to check back in a little over a week to start booking. Character dining and experiences like Savi's Workshop are very popular and tend to book quickly, so trying to reserve as soon as they are released will be key to scoring these reservations! Personally, I've found that reservations open around 6:00 AM Pacific Time. I hope this helps!

Jennifer, if for any reason you aren't able to book the reservations you want right away, I recommend checking back frequently, as reservations may open up as others change their plans. Additionally, I've found that some dining locations offer same-day walk-ups, and you might want to check with a restaurant or join the Walk-Up List in the Disneyland App on the day of your visit, if you can't get the dining reservation you want.

If this is your first trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, I might also consider adding a tour to your itinerary. The 70th Anniversary Guided Tour at Disneyland Resort would be a great way to see how the resort is celebrating its milestone birthday this year! A valid theme park ticket and reservation are required to enjoy this tour. Also, check out the MagicBand interactions, which celebrate Disneyland Park's opening day attractions. These fun interactives are located throughout Disneyland and require a MagicBand+ to experience the full effect.

Before you trip, I recommend checking the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information on the goings-on at the Disneyland Resort. I also follow the Disney Parks and Disneyland Instagram accounts so I can stay in the know!

Jennifer, I hope this helps you plan a most magical vacation. Please visit us again if you have any other questions!

    Stay magical,
    Melissa
