Lauren, it sounds like you booked a vacation package that bundles your hotel room and theme park tickets. When you finalized your reservation, you should have received an e-mail with a confirmation number. I want you to try linking your vacation package to your My Disney Experience account, and I'm hoping that once you do that, your
theme park tickets will appear in your account. Here's what you should do.
First, find the e-mail with your reservation details (check your spam folder if you can't locate it). There should be a confirmation code of about 12 alphanumeric digits. Now, use the My Disney Experience dropdown menu on the
Walt Disney World home page to select "My Plans." If you still need to log in to your My Disney account, you'll do that now. Once you're viewing your plans, scroll down until you see a blue button labeled "+ More Plans." Click the down arrow and choose "Link Reservations and Purchases." Tap the hotel icon for "Resort Reservation or Vacation Package" and follow the prompts to link your booking. If, when reading your confirmation e-mail, you notice a separate barcode or confirmation number specifically for your tickets, click the tickets icon on the linking screen instead.
Hopefully, once you've completed these steps, your tickets will appear in your My Disney Experience account. You might need to refresh the My Disney Experience mobile app or website, but if it worked, you should see your tickets in the My Plans section of the website or "Tickets and Passes" on the app. If you were unsuccessful, I recommend
calling Walt Disney World to see if a Cast Member can help. This way, you can take advantage of your onsite advance purchase of Lightning Lane passes. As a guest of the
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, you are eligible to purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Passes starting seven days before your check-in date.
