Hello! We will be staying at the Pop Century in a couple of weeks and I was just wondering about the renovation progress. Do you know which buildings have been completed? Thanks!

    Hi Katie!

I just returned from a stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort! It's my favorite Value Resort hotel. So far, rooms in the '90s and '80s buildings have been renovated and some rooms in the '70s section. I was in a preferred room in the '60s section, and it was not one of the renovated rooms. Have you seen them? They're gorgeous! A friend was staying in one at the same time, so I went to her room to check it out.

My favorite thing about the renovated rooms are the bigger queen-sized beds! I also love that the table bed can be folded up for extra space when you're not sleeping. There is also extra storage by the bathroom. Everything feels clean and fresh. If receiving a renovated room is important to you, I would add a request on your reservation. Requests are not guaranteed, but it doesn't hurt to ask. You never know when pixie dust awaits.

If you have any other questions, please come back and see us real soon at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Have a groovy vacation!
