    Hello! We are from South Africa and busy planning a trip to WDW. I'm having difficulty using the online reservations tool as the phone number field keeps rejecting my South African number. Is it possible to use the online reservations from outside the US

    Hi Teri! First may I please tell you I had the pleasure of visiting your wonderful country this past April. I completely fell in love with it and will definitely return for a future vacation. We were on an Adventure By Disney trip and it was by far our best one yet!

    If you are having difficulty with the on line reservation system it is likely that your internet provider is not set up to be handled by the Disney system. This means that you will have to make the phone call yourself to book the trip. Use the numbers listed but include the US code of 001 before it and you should get connected to the reservation department that can then help you. Please let them know you are making an international call so they can either speed the process up or give you an alternative way to book yourself. Hopefully you can get this done without too much hassle and then hopefully you can come to our country and enjoy a vacation as much as I enjoyed mine in yours!
