Hello Skylar!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question! You do not need an additional theme park ticket to access Magic Kingdom Park on the day of your Halloween party. In fact, your ticket to
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party allows you to enter Magic Kingdom Park starting at 4:00 PM on the date of your ticketed event. That means you can see the park as it transforms from daytime to spooky evening overlay when the party officially begins at 7:00 PM.
Here's my tip Skylar. Look over the
Disney Eats: Foodie Guide to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2023 on Disney Parks Blog. When you arrive at 4:00 PM, if you feel like grabbing a festive treat, go find the offerings that are available during regular park hours. Then, once the party begins, you can focus on the treats that can only be found during Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
This also applies to Magic Shots with Disney PhotoPass Service. As an Annual Passholder, you may get several opportunities to get PhotoPass photos throughout the year, but how often can you get a photo with the
Lonesome Ghosts on Main Street, U.S.A., or the Headless Horseman in Liberty Square? And of course, you need to meet some characters in their Halloween costumes!
I think I created quite the to-do list for you, Skylar. Don’t forget about the trick-or-treating,
Mickey’s "Boo-to-You" Halloween Parade, and
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! There is so much to do at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I just know you’ll have a great time. If you have any future questions,
I’ll be here for you at planDisney!
Wishing you ghoulish delight,
Kaitlin
