Hello, We have reservations to stay at the Grand California October 11 through the 15. We have 2 rooms reserved and the park hopper tickets for all. I keep trying to reserve our parks but the system won’t let me. Help! Thank You, Beth

Hi there, Beth. Thanks for taking the time to visit us on planDisney!

I just returned from a very relaxing stay over the weekend at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. It’s my favorite hotel at the Disneyland Resort for so many reasons – the elegant Craftsman style, impeccable service, and of course, its close proximity to the theme parks including its private entrance to Disney California Adventure Park, just to name a few.

Regarding theme park reservations, Beth, you’re able to book up to 120 days in advance. Chances are when you checked the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar, your travel dates of October 11st and 15th were just outside the booking window. I just took a peek on Disneyland.com and Guests are able to book upcoming theme park reservations through October 20th. You should now be able to log into your Disney account on Disneyland.com to make your park reservations.

If you have additional questions with planning your upcoming trip, please don’t hesitate to write us again. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
