    Hello, We have a reservation for Wicked Wind Down on October 15. I just realized that the MNSSHP is scheduled that night, with fireworks at 10:00 PM. What time can we check in for our reservations? Thank you, Tammy

    Hi Tammy, welcome home and welcome back to planDisney! Wicked Wind Down on a Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party night? How devilishly delightful! Let’s give you all the details you need to scare up a good time!

    According to the Disney Vacation Club website, Members with a Wicked Wind Down reservation can check in at the Top of the World Lounge 60 to 90 minutes prior to the scheduled fireworks at Magic Kingdom. This means for party nights that you can check in as early as 8:30 PM. I also confirmed this information with a DVC Cast Member. If you’re not staying at Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, make sure you build in enough transportation time to arrive on time!

    I sure hope you enjoy your time at the Top of the World Lounge - A Villains Lair. The theming is top-notch! I personally recommend the crafted concoction called “The Underworld”. The zero-proof option “The Queen’s Garden” is my wife’s favorite zero-proof or mocktail in all of Walt Disney World. I sure hope you save room for the infamous seven lair cake!
