    Hello! We make a 8am reservation for Tusker House. A few weeks out from our vacation the animal kingdom hours updated to opening at 8am. Does tusker house ever open at 7am? We were hoping to be able to Enter the park early and eat and get a ride in. Thank

     John, your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it. I'm so excited for you! 

     I completely understand your predicament. We often book early morning dining reservations so we can be among the first Guests in the theme park for the day, and we get frustrated when our plan is impacted by a change in park opening! 

     Tusker House Restaurant opens at 8:00 AM daily. If getting to attractions with little to no wait is your priority for the morning, you can cancel your breakfast reservation within the designated cancellation period listed in your reservation confirmation email. If you choose to keep your breakfast reservation at Tusker House Restaurant, well... you won't regret it! You'll enjoy a delicious breakfast at an African-inspired buffet including Banana Bread Pudding and Beef Bobotie. Guest favorites, like Mickey Waffles, are also available! Did I mention the fresh Jungle Juice? YUM. 

     Now that I'm thinking about all the amazing food at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, may I suggest some great options for lunch? My husband loves to visit Harambe Market for their African Spice-rubbed Ribs. I recently had a chance to sample a variety of dishes at Satu'li Canteen located in Pandora - The World of Avatar. Everything I tried was just incredible!
