Hello, We are planning to visit Disney World this coming week with my friends, we are from the Philippines and we are here as a student but we have temporarily Florida state ID that is good for 1year. Can we avail the Florida residence annual pass rate?

Hiya Rodel, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. First, let me just say: you are going to Walt Disney World this week! Hurray!

I checked in with a Cast Member to make sure you’re all set for verifying your Florida residency when you visit later this week. He asked me to share with you that as long as your ID is state-issued, and not from your school, you should be all set. You may also present mail sent to your Florida address, such as a bank statement, credit card statement, or utility bill, as long as it is dated within the last two months. I think you’ll find this Proof of Florida Residency information helpful as you determine what to bring with you. If you’d like to be absolutely sure you’ve got a valid form of identification, please call (407) WDW-PASS and they can assist you.

Rodel, being Mickey’s neighbor comes with all kinds of great benefits, so be sure to check out the Florida Resident Special Offers web page to see what other great discounts and perks might be available to you. And, as a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, you’ll have access to lots of great perks, so make sure to look through the materials after you purchase your Annual Pass this week. I love handing over my Annual Pass card and receiving discounts on select dining and merchandise!

Have SO much fun on your upcoming visit!

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
