    Hello! We planned a trip to Disney World for next week and cannot go. What do we do about our tickets and reservations so we can use them later?

     Welcome to planDisney, Lori. I'm so glad you stopped by with this important question!

     I'm sorry to hear you need to cancel the Walt Disney World Resort vacation you've been planning. As Winnie the Pooh would say, "Oh, bother!" If you booked your vacation package directly through Disney, I recommend calling the Disney Reservation Center at (407) 934-7639. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! It's possible to cancel your vacation package online through your My Disney Experience account, but speaking to a Cast Member will help you sort out what your options are for visiting in the future. If you did not book your vacation directly through Disney, you'll need to contact your travel professional. 

     While you're counting down the days to your rescheduled visit, be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog. It's your best resource for news and updates about Disney Parks and destinations! As we approach the beginning date of "The World's Most Magical Celebration" I anticipate we'll see lots of exciting posts on the Disney Parks Blog.
