Hello, we are planing our trip to Disney in September with our then one year old boy. What "helpers" (like baby bed, mirowave, etc.) are in the hotels (we want to stay in a value hotel)and in the parks available? Thanks!

    Hi Julia!

I brought my son to Disney when he was 18 months, so I certainly understand wanting to be as prepared as possible.

Some of the items you'll find in a Value Resort Room are:

    • Playard (usually packed away in a closet. If you find there isn't one in your room, just contact the Front Desk and they'll deliver one to you)
    • Hairdryer
    • Safe
    • Iron and Ironing Board
    • Refrigerator (at an extra cost)
    • From the times I've visited, no microwave though :-(

In the parks, probably my personal fave's are the stroller rentals and locker service, in case you don't want to lug something around all day. Many of the stores will also deliver purchases right to your resort room if needed, so be sure to ask if you are interested in this.

Best wishes for a magical time for you and the family!
