Hi Jordan, and welcome to planDisney.
Well, (in my best Donald Duck voice) "Aw Phooey!" I'm sorry you have gotten sick and cannot use your tickets this coming week. I hope that in no time, you will start feeling better so you can restart your countdown for a trip to
Walt Disney World. Jordan, while tickets are non-refundable, many tickets can be modified on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Let me help you with this process.
1. Log in to your
My Disney Experience account2. You will then go to "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets." (this will be found in the middle of the page)
3. Click on "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker."
4. Find your ticket, select "Change Ticket," and then follow the prompts.
Please note that you will be responsible for the difference if your new dates are more expensive.
If you have any problems, please reach out to a Cast Member from the
Existing Tickets phone line, and they can assist you with this process. Over the years, I have changed ticket dates and found these wonderful people to be so helpful.
While I'm sad to hear you must cancel your trip, I'm glad to inform you that you shouldn't lose the value of your ticket, which gives you the option to visit when you're feeling as energetic as Donald Duck again!
I'm waving around my planDisney magic wand in hopes you'll feel better quickly. Reach out again if we can help.
We'll see ya real soon!
Shonette
