Monica, you'll be pleased to know that your MagicBands from 2019 should work just fine for this return visit, as long as they are still in good working condition. I've got a collection of older MagicBands that I like to bring along based on season, holiday, or even color of what I'll be wearing each day. Some of mine are from before 2019, and so far, all of them work perfectly. That pixie dust packed inside of them really does last a very long time!
That being said, once you arrive in
Walt Disney World, you might find a
MagicBand+ that catches your eye, so if your older bands are no longer working, there are plenty of styles to choose from once you arrive at the parks, hotels, and
Disney Springs.
If you decide you want to capture an iconic moment or download an exceptionally fun photo from a thrill ride, you can still have a
Disney PhotoPass Service photographer tap your old-school MagicBand to link those photos to your
My Disney Experience Account. Easy peasy!
