Hello, April! Glad you're back for more advise!
Your Advanced Dining Reservation (ADR) at Chef Mickey's was a great choice, as everyone will enjoy the food as well as getting to meet the big mouse himself. Well done!
At Magic Kingdom, the new Be Our Guest Restaurant is a huge hit, but Cinderella's Royal Table is still most popular with little princesses. The Crystal Palace is wonderful buffet with Winnie the Pooh and friends, too. We also really enjoy Tony's Town Square Restaurant, too. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, see if you can get a
Fantasmic! Dinner Package for Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano. (Guests using the Dining Plan to pay for this package are each given a complimentary appetizer! YUM!) While we love Tusker House over at Animal Kingdom, we often choose to visit Downtown Disney on the night of our AK day (this park closes earlier than the others, allowing you to head back to the resort for a nap, a swim or a shower, then off somewhere else for the night.) There, you'll find lots of fabulous restaurants, but I would suggest T-REX for your family. You'll love it!
Epcot is an entirely different story, as there are so many restaurants to sample. With the little one in tow, however, I suggest The Coral Reef, with its windows into the 5.7 million gallon aquarium. For Disney Princess dining, try Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and for fantastic hibachi-style (and entertaining) fare, try Teppan Edo.
Let me know if you have particular favorite foods, which resort you'll call home during your stay and if you'd like to try additional character meals, April. I'd love to help you book the perfect ADRs for the most magical family vacation in Walt Disney World!
