    Hello We are looking to book two nights at an Orlando Disney hotel in May. What is the cancellation policy for this please?

    For UK Guests, at this time, the policy regarding your reservation may differ based on the type of reservation and how you booked your room-only or holiday package. Our team at The Walt Disney Travel Company has informed me that you will receive all the necessary details as soon as you confirm your reservation. Additionally, you will always have the option to modify or cancel your reservation through the My Disney Experience website or by quickly calling Guest Services.

    Based on my own experiences, I've found that Disney policies are incredibly accommodating! To ensure you don't miss any important dates for cancelling your reservation, write them down and set a reminder on your phone. That way, you can make your final decision about your travel plans one or two days before the deadline with peace of mind.
