Hello! We are heading to Disneyland soon and havent planned the trip. We have a tournament a few miles away and decided to make a Disney trip since some kids haven’t been, and the trip overlaps some birthdays. We will be a group of 15+, tips? We have 3days.

    Hiya, R!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m really glad you decided to include a visit to the Disneyland Resort during your visit to sunny Southern California. I hope you make memories to last a lifetime.

Here are some of my top tips for a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious visit to The Happiest Place on Earth:
    • Plan on arriving as early as possible. Usually, mornings in the Disneyland Resort theme parks are the best times to find lower wait times at attractions. Also, the new attraction, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is available only to guests with an assigned Boarding Group. Guests may join a Boarding Group after entering Disneyland Park. Due to the great popularity of this attraction, Boarding Groups typically fill up within minutes of park opening.
    • Make good use of the complimentary Disney FASTPASS service. FASTPASS helps you enjoy more attractions with less waiting.
    • To enhance your FASTPASS experience more, consider purchasing Disney MaxPass as well. I like using MaxPass to help make FASTPASS selections for attractions to the other park. It helps make park hopping a breeze. With large groups, it can sometimes be easier to split up into a few smaller groups to manage MaxPass selections.
    • MaxPass includes complimentary downloads of all your Disney PhotoPass photos. This is a great way to keep all those special memories, including attraction photos.
    • Get a FASTPASS early for an evening spectacular. You may get a FASTPASS at a designated distribution point or use MaxPass. Another way to ensure you get a spot in an entertainment viewing area is to reserve a Dining Package.
    • The Disneyland Resort is a great place to celebrate. For those celebrating birthdays, stop by a Guest Relations location to request a complimentary birthday button. Cast Members love to share birthday greetings to help make the day special.

Have a magical time, R! And good luck at the tournament!
