Hello We are having a family holiday to CBR in August and we are on the DDP. My eldest daughter is 21 and she may have an alcoholic drink with her meals, will this be reflected on her magic band or will she need to bring her passport with her each day.

    Hi Mark!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so happy to help plan your family's Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Guests cannot purchase or consume alcohol without proper identification, so your daughter will need to bring valid identification with her during your vacation to enjoy an alcoholic drink with dinner as part of the Disney Dining Plan. MagicBands are linked to My Disney Experience, which will include a birthdate for Guests with their own accounts. However, this is not sufficient identification for alcohol purchase. I generally bring my identification (drivers license or passport) and a credit card with me in my backpack or purse while enjoying Walt Disney World Resort, while my husband simply carries his id and credit card in his wallet.

Please let us know if there are any more questions we can help you with as you prepare for your trip! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
