Greetings, Hilary, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited for your upcoming vacation to the Disneyland Resort… it’s almost here!
This is a great question, and I’d love to help you plan your arrival. There are two main spots for taxis and rideshare vehicles for passenger pickup and drop-off, including one near the
Downtown Disney District, and one near the Disneyland Resort theme-park entrances. Since it sounds like you’d like to arrive as close to the
Electronic Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) rental area as possible, I recommend asking to be dropped off near the “Taxi Pick Up” area located on Harbor Boulevard, slightly south of the bus area. From here, you’ll pass the buses and head west into the security lines. Soon, you’ll find yourself on the Esplanade between
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. Look to your right, and you’ll find ECV Rentals, which are also near Stroller Rentals and the Kennel.
Wheelchairs and ECVs are available on a first-come, first-served basis for a daily rental fee. They can be taken into both theme parks. In addition, you can also find
Locker Rentals available on the Esplanade and inside both theme parks, should you need one.
I highly recommend
Getting Your Ears On during your Disneyland Resort vacation! You won’t want to miss the super-fun nighttime extravaganza, Mickey’s Mix Magic, which you can’t help but dance along to! Also, be sure to check out Mickey’s Soundsational Parade, one of my family’s favorites. Here’s the
Entertainment Schedule for your arrival day so you can start planning the fun now!
Wishing you safe travels and pixie-dusted adventures at the Happiest Place on Earth!
