Hello! We are excited for our next Disney adventure. However, we are having trouble booking ground transportation from the airport to the resort, then to the Cruise terminal, back to the resort for a few days, then back to the airport.

Hello, Robert, and welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy that you cruised over to us to ask your question.

It sounds like you are crafting an amazing itinerary for your vacation. You'll be enjoying some time at Walt Disney World Resort before embarking on a Disney Cruise. That sounds like a double dose of magic to me. I love to enjoy Disney Vacations by Land and Sea with my sailing crew as well, and adding ground transfers from your hotel to the cruise terminal is an easy and relaxing way to seamlessly transition between your vacation destinations.

Ground transportation can be added to your cruise reservation by calling Disney Cruise Line to make the arrangements. Due to recent system enhancements, wait times to speak to an agent have been elevated, so I recommend calling in the morning if possible.

Your vacation is quickly approaching, so be sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app before leaving home. Once you step on the ship, the app will point your compass in the direction of all of the fun activities happening throughout your cruise. And from home, you can watch the final days tick away on the character-filled countdown in the app.

Robert, here is a handy packing list in case you need it as you prepare your suitcases for the adventure ahead. I wish you smooth sailing and a wonderful vacation.
