Hello, We are on the Disney Destiny 5 night cruise to Cozumel and Castaway April 25-30th 2026. We were wondering which night will be pirate night. Thank you! Kayla

Ahoy, Kayla, and welcome to planDisney! Pirate Night is a beloved tradition available on many Disney Cruise Line itineraries. Let’s dive into the swashbuckling fun!

On your 5-Night Western Caribbean Cruise, Pirate Night is currently scheduled for Day 3. As the afternoon unfolds, you'll notice Guests wearing pirate hats, bandanas, and even full costumes! The evening will continue with themed activities, a special dinner menu, exciting entertainment, and (if weather conditions allow) fireworks. Feel free to pack a pirate outfit if you’d like to join in, though dressing up is totally optional.

Your cruise is also scheduled to have an optional semi-formal night on Day 2, in case you want to pack something a little fancy.

Keep in mind that these schedules can change. Once you’re on board and connected to the ship’s Wi-Fi, you can use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to see the most up-to-date schedules for entertainment, dining rotations, activities, and Pirate Night.

There is so much more to love about the Disney Destiny – it's an incredible ship. Some of the highlights include:

    • Disney Hercules is a Broadway-style show with stunning visuals and iconic songs. There are other fantastic shows, too. My kids especially love Frozen, A Musical Spectacular.
    • The adult-exclusive lounges are so immersive. If you can, make time to stop by De Vil’s, the Haunted Mansion Parlor, Cask & Cannon, and The Sanctum.
    • The rotational dining locations have fun themes, too, like Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King
Kayla, I hope this has added even more excitement as you count down to your cruise. If you think of any other questions, please reach out to us again – we're always glad to help here at planDisney.

    Wishing you many happy adventures,
    Kriss
