    Hello We are coming to visit in September and are making dining reservations. We really want to dine at California grill but cannot make reservations. Do you know when reservations for the restaurant will be available? Thanks

    Hi Jonny!
    You have good taste...actually, make that GREAT taste!! The California Grill is a wonderful dining experience, and not just because of the view. The food is exceptional.
    At this time, the refurbishment schedule will only say that the re-opening of California Grill is slated for "late summer". Many times, refurbishment schedules finish ahead of time, but when it happens, it is usually good fortune, and not an announced happening.
    The best thing to do is to make the rest of your reservations for your trip and then keep your fingers crossed for a bit of pixie dust regarding the California Grill.
    I hope it opens in time for your trip!! :)
