    Hello, We will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and staying at the Riviera Resort. My husband will be using a EVC Scooter most of the time. Any thoughts or information on EVC Scooter for in the resort, parks and restaurants would be appreciated.

    Howdy Bob!  Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Happy Anniversary!  Wow, 50 years is super special and your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be amazing!  Disney’s Riviera Resort is super spectacular and an excellent choice for such a celebration!  This brand new resort offers access to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios via the Disney Skyliner Transportation and to the Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom via bus service.  You will be pleased to know that your ECV will easily transport on all of Disney’s public transportation.  If you take a monorail or a friendship boat to another resort for dinner, no worries, they are ECV compatible.  I would recommend bringing your battery just in case you need to charge your ECV.  The Walt Disney World Resort is very large and if your battery gets low just approach a cast member for help charging your ECV.

    Your anniversary and vacation is just over a week away!  I am so excited for you!  While you are at Epcot make sure to take out some time to enjoy Epcot International Festival of the Arts!
