    Hello, We booked a trip to Walt Disney World for last May 6 - 13, 2020 and unfortunately due to COVID-19 the trip was cancelled. Are we able to use these passes for a future trip? Thanks Laura

    I found myself in the same situation last year, Laura. I had a vacation booked for April that had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic. I am an international visitor and travel restrictions are still in place for my country, and although I have plans to visit in the upcoming months, I will need to patiently wait for restrictions to be lifted.

    Please note that tickets impacted by the temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort last year were automatically extended to use any date through September 26, 2021! If you do not have plans to visit Mickey by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. For assistance with existing theme park tickets, I recommend calling (407) 566-4985. As you plan your future visit, remember to check special offers and give our friends at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations a call at (407) 939-1936 to book your next Disney vacation.
