Hello! We will be arriving in Disney in 13 days. I’m concerned once we get there my husband may not like the resort we picked. If so, can we switch resorts once there , if another is available?

    Hi Tiffany,

How exciting! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation will be here before you know it. Disney genuinely wants their guests to be satisfied, so if for some reason you feel that the resort which you chose is not up to standards or is not how it was represented when you made your initial reservations, please do not hesitate to speak with them. You'll want to head to the Front Desk at your resort and ask to speak with a manager. They will be able to determine if there is another room available at an alternate resort. Please note that Disney Resorts tend to run at full capacity (or very close to it) the majority of the time, but they will move you if they can. You will be responsible for any additional charges in room rate which you may incur due to switching resorts.

I can honestly say that I've never stayed in a Disney Resort that I didn't like. There are definitely several that I love better than others (such as the Deluxe Resorts as opposed to the Value Resorts), but I've always never felt that I wasn't in a nice place. I hope that you and your husband are thrilled with your choice!

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
