    Hello- We have accidentally assigned 2 tickets to the same person in our party-how can we fix? We are a party of 7 total, one person has 2 tickets, another has zero.

    Hey, no worries. I have done the same thing before too. But it’s OK. The name associated with a ticket in the Disneyland app is mostly there for your convenience in keeping track of who is using which ticket. When your Disney eTickets are redeemed at a theme park entrance, the Cast Member welcoming you to the park will print out a ticket card for each Guest. You can write down the name of the person who is actually using each ticket on that card. That way you can keep them straight for use during park re-entry and for Lightning Lane return times.

    Tony’s Tip: Each of your tickets in the Disneyland app will display a number that matches the corresponding physical ticket card. If you happen to split up your party, maybe a few Guests enjoy “t’s a small world” while the rest zoom through Space Mountain, you can use those ticket numbers to make sure you are selecting the correct Guests in the Disney Genie+ service for booking Lightning Lane return times.
