Hello, was wondering how small/old to be to ride on the test track ride in Epcot? my 3 year old in 40" tall so I think he qualifies for the ride? i have a fast pass for it so don't want to waste it if he won't be allowed ..opinion?

    Hi Shenaz!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My little boys are 3 years old and 5 years old and we have always enjoyed the magic of Walt Disney World Resort together during our vacations. Attractions at Walt Disney World Resort are categorized by Guest height. If your little guy is at least 40 inches tall, he will be able to ride many of the "big boy" attractions, as long as you feel the ride is appropriate for him, including Test Track. Test Track is one of my family's favorite attractions at Epcot and is always on our "must-do" list. Unfortunately, my 3 year old wasn't quite tall enough on our last visit to Epcot, but my 5 year old has enjoyed it for several visits over the past few years. I make sure to sit close to him and hold my hand over his chest so he feels safe if he needs me. Keep in mind that the inside portions of the ride are a little bit dark and the outside portion of the ride go wonderfully fast, but for my son it has always been an attraction full of fun and thrills, not fear.

If you have another adult that is traveling with you, be sure to take advantage of the Rider Switch program so you can enjoy the "big kid" rides that your little guy isn't yet big enough to enjoy. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
