    Hello, The last time we went to WDW, the food options inside the parks were limited to chicken nuggets, fries, pizza, etc. Are there any other options that we may have missed? A deli? Sandwiches? Something healthier? Thank you

    Hello Anjana and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
    I am not sure when you last visited the Walt Disney World Resort but there are MANY great options for food inside the parks. For example, at Epcot you will find Sunshine Seasons inside the Land Pavilion. Your choices at this quick service location currently include Oak-Grilled Salmon and Slow Roasted Pork Chops. At the Magic Kingdom one of our favorite dining spots is Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café where you can find typical park food but also delicious Rotisserie Chicken complete with mashed potatoes. While the Disney website has menus for every dining location, I also like to visit allears.net to view menus. It is a bit easier to navigate.  I am sure you will find that you have many options for variety and healthy food at each of the theme parks.
