Hi Catherine, and welcome to planDisney!
I’m sorry to hear you had a Walt Disney World Resort visit cancelled due to the closures last spring. My family also missed out on our springtime visit, and we were so disappointed to miss our chance to see our pal Mickey.
As I understand it, dining and experience reservations requiring deposits, such as a meal at Cinderella’s Royal Table, should have been automatically refunded if they were impacted by the closure. That was my experience with our reservations last April. To straighten it out, please
call Guest Relations at (407) 939-2273. You’ll need to have your reservation number and the credit card you used for the reservation handy so they can look up your reservation and see what happened.
As the Walt Disney World Resort continues with its phased reopening, we’re eagerly awaiting the safe return of our favorite experiences. While
limited character dining has returned, a meal with the Disney Princesses isn’t yet an option, and the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutiques currently remain closed to Guests.
Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news and updates about reimagined experiences or new openings. I hope your family will have an amazing visit when you’re ready to
Return to a World of Magic!
Wishing you a magical day,
Robyn
