Hi, Ricky! Welcome to planDisney.
Staying hydrated during a fun-filled Disney day is absolutely key, especially with all the walking, excitement, and sunshine! I totally get it—I love bringing my Hydroflask with me too. It's my park day must-have!
You’ll be happy to hear that yes, you are allowed to bring your pre-filled water bottle into both
Disneyland Park and
Disney California Adventure Park. As long as it's not made of glass and doesn’t contain any alcoholic beverages, you’re good to go. Disney’s main concerns with outside food and beverages are related to
safety and convenience—so no glass containers, and nothing that needs to be heated, processed, or has a strong odor.
Personally, I like to fill mine up before I arrive, especially if I'm heading to the parks early in the morning when it’s still nice and cool. But if you prefer to wait, there are lots of places inside the parks where you can refill your bottle throughout the day—many quick-service restaurants will happily give you a cup of ice water if you ask, and there are bottle-filling stations around the parks, too.
Pro tip: Keep your Hydroflask cold longer by adding ice before you leave for the parks. And if you’re ever in need of a refill, try stopping by
Red Rose Taverne in Fantasyland or
Galactic Grill in Tomorrowland—they’re my go-to spots for a quick and easy water break.
See ya real soon, Ricky!
