    Hi Cassiopeia!

Traveling with a multigenerational party to the Walt Disney World Resort is going to be such an exciting adventure! Making memories with your grandmother amidst the magic of Disney is truly something special. Remember to capture every moment with plenty of photos – I just know that you and the whole family will cherish them for years to come.

Quick Tip: I highly recommend purchasing Memory Maker for a hassle-free way to collect all those magical memories. With Memory Maker, photos will be taken for you at certain attractions, and there are Photopass photographers spread out around the theme parks to ensure you don't miss a single smile. When you purchase in advance of your trip, you can save some money too!

When it comes to accessibility, Disney goes above and beyond to ensure everyone can enjoy the magic. Guests with Mobility Needs, like your grandmother with her scooter, will find Disney Transportation a breeze. The Disney Skyliner, buses, and even the monorail are accessible – she'll be able to drive on and off without needing to collapse the scooter.

While there are ECV rentals available at all of our Theme Parks, you may be able to find areas with charging stations scattered throughout. These are usually found near rest areas, restrooms, and some restaurants.

If ever in doubt, just ask a friendly cast member – they'll be more than happy to guide you on where to go. And don't forget, there are First Aid stations at each of the theme parks, just in case.

Wishing you and your family the most magical time at Disney World!
