    Helloo, how can I cancel a ticket

    Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing us your question. I’m sorry to hear your plans to visit the Happiest Place on Earth may have changed, but there are a few options available to you. 

    Typically, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable and can’t be canceled or downgraded to a ticket of lesser value. You do have the option of holding on to your ticket for use during another visit if you’re unable to travel to the resort when you originally planned. Plus, keep in mind that even after its expiration date, the price you paid for a totally unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a valid theme park ticket in the future! However, if you’d still like to check with a Cast Member to see if any other options might be available in light of your specific situation, you can call the resort’s ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636. Please be sure to have all your ticket and credit card information handy when you call.
