Hello, My wife, daughter and I have booked our 1st family vacation in 4 years for mid July 2021. Are we still able to print our return boarding passes to Philly at our hotel ( Pop Century )? Thank You Bill from Philly

Hey there, William! Welcome to planDisney.

Three chEARs for your first family vacation in several years! And an extra hurray that you have chosen a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! I am so excited for your family.

So much is changing with the phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, so I checked in with a Cast Member to get the most up-to-date information about YOUR check-in. Currently, there is no option to print a boarding pass at Disney's Pop Century Resort. The only business center that is currently operational is the one at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort; you would be welcome to take an Uber or taxi over there (Disney Bus Transportation does not operate between resort hotels) to use the printer for a small fee. I also recommend checking at the front desk of your resort hotel when you arrive to see if any other options are available.

Another option is to check-in online at the time indicated by your airline, and then show your boarding pass at the airport by pulling it up on your smartphone (if you have one). I often skip printing a boarding pass altogether and either store the boarding pass in my iPhone's Wallet app, the airline app, or from my email. This is a common procedure and always works like a charm for me. You could also print your boarding pass at one of the kiosks at Orlando International Airport.

I hope that helps you put some of your final plans in place as you prepare for your summer vacation! I think you are going to love staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort - their larger-than-life icons from the decades are so much fun to see and explore! The Everything POP Shopping & Dining food court has super yummy baked goods -  I had a delicious banana split cupcake on my last stay, and Guests rave about the tie-dye cheesecake!

As you count down the days, be sure to read the Know Before You Go information about the current operational guidelines in place at the Walt Disney World Resort. I also love reading the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news and fun features that can help you sprinkle a little extra pixie dust on your Disney visit! Your pals at planDisney are here to help if you think of any questions as you plan and dream.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
